What are your beliefs about how people learn best? What is the
purpose of learning theory in educational technology?
I believe that people learn best
when there are differentiation strategies and instruction. The development of differentiation
instructions began the process used in maximizing learners by improving the
individual needs and the curriculum. The best description of this strategy is
ensuring all learning needs are met. The major purpose of learning theory in
educational technology
There are three main learning
theories and they are: behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism. Educational technology
enhances the concrete learning experiences for students of all ages.
Educational technology can be used to provide meaningful learning experiences,
and it plays an integral part in all of the main learning theories. Students
are motivated when educational technology comes into play. They are eager to
want to explore the possibilities. Educational technology enhances
instructional delivery, and it provides learning experiences that are
motivational.

ReplyDeleteIt is true that students get very excited when technology is integrated in the learning process. However, I have mixed feeling about the real nature of students' enthusiasm when technology shows up in the classroom. Are they motivated by the opportunity of a more sophisticated learning venue or the opportunity to venture elsewhere without leaving the classroom?
